SUBSCRIPTION


The MyPosture-Family Box contains THREE of our award-winning Luxury Back Supports! This is a total value of 177 GBP - you get this for only 70 GBP AND your intro Posture Shirt to 9 GBP.

Conclusion of the agreement The subscription terms apply to all types of our subscriptions.
Changes in name, address, e-mail or payment information must be notified immediately in writing to our e-mail at [email protected], changed via your account on our website. You will receive a receipt for your subscription agreement via email.

It is only possible to buy one intro-priced t-shirt. 


When you’ve ordered one intro-priced t-shirt, you have 14 days to choose if you want to be subscribed to MyPosture-family.co.uk. If you don’t cancel we’ll charge 70 GBP after 14 days, and send you the MyPosture-family box!

Subscription period and termination The agreement is valid from the day you enter the subscription agreement and continues until you cancel the subscription or in the event of non-payment. The subscription can be terminated when you wish, with immediate effect, you do not bind yourself to anything at MyPosture-family.co.uk. However, the subscription must be terminated before we have sent the delivery, if you have already received the delivery, then we have to charge you 70 GBP. Termination must be made via your own account page via our website, or writing to us at [email protected] or via letter to the address Posture Clothing ApS, Brunbjergvej 1, 8240 Risskov, Denmark.

From you recieve your order, you'll have 14 days to decide if you want to return your order and get your money refuned.


When will my subscription payment be deducted?

Payment for your subscription will be deducted when the MyPosture-family.co.uk has shipped your order. In connection with the money being withdrawn, you will receive an email with information about what amount and what the order contains. The amount being withdrawn will be the amount matching the subscription solution you have ordered. The money will be deducted on the day your order is shipped, cf. the date you created your subscription and the interval they have chosen. Your order will always be sent the first weekday after your order. This will also apply to their future receipt of our subscription solutions.


Payment
Payment for delivery is deducted on your payment card the same day that shipment takes place. Packages are shipped via PostNord and Hermes. Receipt for each purchase via payment card is sent per. email. Otherwise, access to order history, receipts as well as subscription information can always be obtained via your account at MyPosture-family.co.uk or contact us at [email protected] If subscription payment is not received, the MyPosture-family.co.uk can cancel the subscription agreement without notice.

Change payment details of your subscription

If you receive a new payment card or you in other circumstances change payment information, it is important that you access their profile and change your information. If you do not change your information, MyPosture-family.co.uk will not be able to withdraw payment for your order and you will therefore not receive any goods. If you are in doubt, you are very welcome to contact us at [email protected] Alternatively, you can delete your subscription and create a new one with the correct map data.


Changes to the terms of the subscription?

Changes to this agreement that will be to the benefit of the customer, including price and fee reduction, can be made by www.MyPosture-family.co.uk without prior notice. Changes to this agreement to the detriment of the customer, including price and fee increases, are notified with a minimum notice of 30 days.

They must be at least 18 years of age to create a subscription at MyPosture-family.co.uk. If they are under 18, MyPosture-family.co.uk must have the consent of your parents.

You are deemed to have approved the changes if you have not notified us otherwise before the date on which the changes take effect. Current prices and subscription terms are available at www.MyPosturea-family.co.uk.

Non-compliance If you breach your subscription or subscription terms, MyPosture-family.co.uk is entitled to terminate your subscription without notice.

Processing Personal Information In order to manage your subscription, the MyPosture-family.co.uk processes a number of information about you, including name, address, telephone number, email, and other matters of importance to your subscription. When subscribing for a subscription, you consent to us being able to use the information for administration of your subscription and for statistical purposes.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

MyPosture-family.co.uk is open 24 hours a day, and you can almost always shop. To navigate on MyPosture-family.co.uk you must be 15 years old and be in possession of a valid debit card which we accept. If you are not yet 15 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to conclude the purchase. You select the item you want to buy and put it in the "shopping basket". You can edit the contents of the shopping cart right up until the placement of the order, and you can frequently check the contents and price of the goods. Any extra payments like shipping or debit card fees will not be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay. However, we operate with free shipping, so you will not be charged for the additional payment. When you are ready to pay, click on "Checkout" where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number, payment method, and choose the delivery form. You can change the content of the cart all the way up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the button "Checkout". After this, your order on MyPosture-family.co.uk will be processed. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa debit card, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard debit, mobilepay, and American Express. The amount raised first on your card is from when it is shipped. When you order an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after the conclusion of the purchase.

 

DELIVERY

We provide with DHL. When the product is shipped, you get an email from us with the tracking number with which you can follow your order on your desired shipping option's website. Goods in stock are delivered within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
*If you write down a wrong address, and therefore can’t get your package delivered - and the result is that we need to send it once more, then we’re able to take 20 EUR from your returns.

 

14 DAY RETURN 

When you shop online in MyPosture-family.co.uk you have a right to 14 days where you can notify us that you regret your purchase and then return the item to us. If you want to use your right, you can do so via this link: https://myposture-family.co.uk/contact  This right runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. Grading, when you send it back you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and the way it works. You can test the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store- if the product is tried beyond what has been described above, we consider it as used, meaning MyPosture-family.co.uk by law in distance commerce may refuse refund of all the money but will work with the customer to find a fair amount of the refund. This applies only if the item has the same value as when received and that MyPosture-family.co.uk therefore cannot sell the goods as new and at the new price.


REPAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product unless you have since supplied evidence of having sent back the package.


 

COMPLAINTS - IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE GOODS

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including lack rules. This means that you can either have a deficient product replaced, refunded or obtain a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviour. The warranty applies for 24 months. You must contact us within "reasonable time". You must submit your complaint within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you notify us of this as soon as possible. If you complain within 2 months after the mistake was discovered, the complaint will always be timely. You can inform us by contacting us through the mail address that appears on the website.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can repay your shipping cost. When you return the product, please simultaneously, and as detailed as possible, indicate what the problem is. We receive no parcels without delivery or packages sent.

We register and disclose your personal data to deliver to you. Personal information registered with Posture Clothing ApS is kept for five years, after which the data is deleted. Information passed or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure of such a situation would be in accordance with the then-current privacy laws. When registered with Posture Clothing ApS, you always have the right to object to registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you.

COOKIES

By using www.MyPosture-family.co.uk you accept that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we place on your computer to keep track of what is happening during your visit and to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses.


LAW AND VENUE

When you buy goods on our webpage, www.MyPosture-family.co.uk is subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the Danish courts.
